This website collects nothing. It has no contact form, no account system, no newsletter signup and no submission of any kind. Every page is static.

We hold personal information only where you choose to give it to us:

• Information contained in an email you send to us, including your name, address, organisation and anything else you write
• Information exchanged in subsequent correspondence or discussion

Analytics, cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics on this website. We do not set cookies, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not carry out behavioural tracking or profiling of any kind. We do not know who visits this site or how often.

We apply security measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information held. Correspondence and engagement documentation are held in Microsoft 365 environments with access controls and multi-factor authentication. Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Third-party services

This website and our correspondence depend on the following providers:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the website. It receives your IP address and basic technical metadata as an unavoidable function of serving pages to you
• Microsoft 365, which carries our email and holds our documents
• GitHub, which hosts the website source code. It is not involved in serving the site and receives no visitor information

Because there is no form on this website, no information you provide passes through any third-party form processor. Email reaches us directly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and engagement records for the period required by our legal, tax and professional obligations. We delete information when we no longer have a reason to hold it.

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Request deletion where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it
• Complain to us directly, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response

Engagement-related information

When you engage CGX EP for professional services, further personal information will be collected and handled under the terms of that engagement. CGX EP operates in Australia and Vietnam, and engagement information may be handled in either jurisdiction. Where that occurs, the applicable obligations, including any cross-border transfer requirements, are addressed in the engagement agreement and supporting documentation rather than in this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the most recent change was made.
