Accessibility Statement

CGX Enterprise Partners Pty Ltd is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out what we are working towards and where we currently stand.

Conformance target

This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG sets out requirements that make content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments.

What is true today

Two things hold by design. Every page is static HTML, so no core content depends on JavaScript to load or to be read. And the site has no forms, no carousels, no modal dialogs and no automatically playing media, which removes several of the components that most commonly cause accessibility problems. Beyond these two points, we make no claim.

What has been checked

An automated scan (axe-core) was run against every page and found one systemic issue: an accent colour used for section labels, headings and inline links did not meet the required contrast against the site's background in most of the places it appeared. The colour has been corrected, and a second automated scan on 18 September 2026 confirmed zero contrast violations across all ten pages. This confirms one specific defect is resolved. It is not a general assurance of accessibility, and does not cover the items below.

What has not yet been checked

No manual testing has been carried out on this site. We have not verified:

• Heading structure and semantic markup across every page
• Whether decorative elements are correctly hidden from assistive technology
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus order
• Screen reader behaviour and reading order
• Support for reduced-motion preferences
• Behaviour at high zoom levels and with text resizing

Automated scanning of the kind described above catches roughly a fifth to a half of accessibility issues. Manual testing is still required for the rest, and is not yet done. If you encounter a barrier in any of these areas, or any other, please tell us using the contact details below.

The site is built to work with current versions of the major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We have not yet tested it against specific screen readers, and will update this section once we have.
